EHEF Indonesia 2021 is organized by the EHEF Committee, funded by the EU through EU Policy and Outreach Partnership to Indonesia, and coordinated by ehef.id as the service provider.

EHEF Committee respect and commits to user privacy. The policy on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data by the European Union institutions is based on the Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 on the protection of personal data by the EU institutions, bodies, offices, and agencies.

Concerning EHEF Indonesia 2021, your data, including your name, email, and education preference, are collected during the registration to virtually facilitate your participation in EHEF Indonesia 2021. The processing of personal data is necessary to produce student leads for participating Higher Education Institutions in EHEF Indonesia 2021. We will disseminate your data limited to each university that you visited during the event.

By ticking the box, you consent for ehef.id to disseminate the personal data you have submitted during the registration. ehef.id will share your name, email, and educational preference information internally amongst the universities you have visited during EHEF Indonesia 2021. The university will put your email on their mailing list to promote their events and broadcasting news.
